  Open those curtains or blinds and let in some natural sun light, or, turn on the lights in the home. A well lit home is more attractive and inviting.

• Make Simple Repairs

  Although minor repairs will seem, well minor, they often leave an impression on the buyer. Fixing any leaking appliance, broken cabinet, or old screen will definitely go a long way.

• A Fresh Coat of Paint

  It’s commonly said that a fresh neutral coat of paint will make your home appear bigger, brighter, and more appealing.
